Farzana McCormick, Founder & Principal
Farzana has nearly 30 years of experience in providing HR consulting and recruiting services to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding McCormick Executive Search, Inc. in 1992, Farzana was part of Allstate Insurance Company’s corporate HR team. Her experience with Allstate included college relations, staffing, and recruitment. Farzana later spent six years as a manager with Romac & Associates, a national executive search firm. In this role she provided recruitment and staffing services to several financial services companies.
Within her first year of joining Romac & Associates, Farzana was honored with a national award for Office of the Year. That same year, she was named Person of the Year, a title she would maintain for two years running. Farzana’s other awards included the President’s Club Management Award, Outstanding Sales Achievement Award, and numerous Quarterly Production Achievement awards.
As Principal of MES, Farzana focuses on providing her clients with personalized talent acquisition and management services. Her company also provides executive search services for companies seeking to diversify their leadership talent resources.
Aisha McCormick, Talent Acquisition Consultant
Aisha joined MES in 2019 after working in sales and marketing for Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia. She spent the beginning of her career in account management, developing strong working relationships with her clients, brokers, and consultants. Aisha acted as a direct point of contact to several HR Directors and Benefits Managers while managing all day-to-day account management activities.
Aisha later moved into marketing where she supported several large local and national group clients. In this role, she led the development of unique and compelling sales content while analyzing industry trends to strategically position competitive product suites in the market. Aisha contributed to the win of six multi-year contracts for high profile clients while in this role.
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant with MES, Aisha now works closely with each of our clients to understand all of their recruiting, staffing, selection, and HR consulting needs. She holds primary responsibility for researching, sourcing, and screening candidates to identify, attract, and retain top talent. Aisha prides herself on building meaningful, trust-based relationships with both her clients and her candidates.
Aisha earned her B.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Delaware in 2015 and completed her MBA with Rosemont College in 2019.
